This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and in-room breakfast. I remember how the staff helped serve my elderly parents during our first stay. Highly recommend for a good experience!

Large studio, enough parking spaces, many places of interest within walking distance.

The hotel has a large number of rooms and apartments in relation to the size of the town. The breakfast is OK by default.
My single room in the roof was very small and stuffy, including the bathroom. If not by chance a dutch bus would have been there, I might have got a better room with a corresponding evaluation.

Breakfast was good, the staff very nice and helpful. The room equipment was extensive. The bathroom modern and well equipped. There is parking space directly behind the hotel. The hotel also offers dinner. Normal level. Not bad, but not outstanding.

Good location. Very friendly staff.
Somewhat small room with sloping roof in the bathroom. It was difficult to shower.

We chose to stay at the Station Hotel because of its location close to the railway. We had to be up to catch a train at 6.45 and the hotel provided a packed breakfast for vegetarians which was above expectations, although the white bread used for sandwiches was disappointing.

There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was well presented. The venue was in a very central location close to river, the railway station in Thurso and then the beach.
There was squeaky bed in my room.
